Hi, I’m Dr. James — orthopaedic surgeon by trade, pilot by passion. The Flying Ortho is where I bring together two of my greatest loves: medicine and aviation. Whether I’m in the OR or 8,000 feet above the ground in my completely restored 2007 Cirrus SR22TN (N518BP), I’m always chasing precision, perspective, and purpose.
